According to the International Coaching Foundation, group coaching happens when a group of 10 or fewer people are moving in a similar direction at the same time. A group can be coached for a specific time frame (such as 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) or the group coaching can be ongoing.
Group coaching is for those who are looking to take their life to the next level. It provides individuals with an opportunity to simultaneously work with a coach and work in a group of people who are interested in changing their perspectives to achieve the same goal. The John Maxwell Leadership Team says, “Average People Coast Through Year End… But Achievers Make High-Impact and Take Action…”
In January, you set goals for the year. You created a plan of action and went to work on executing that plan so your goals would manifest.
And now that it’s the fourth quarter, are you on track to finish strong? Have you been making the shots you’ve been taking, and do you have the energy to keep fighting for the “win” in this last quarter?
Aim to reach your goals and create the life you want in 2022! Be fearless as you propel on your journey of becoming a better “you” in 2022. Here are some strategies to help you dream big to aim high.
Dreaming big doesn’t have to mean wanting to be a millionaire or to become famous (although it could mean that for some of us…) Dreaming big just means wanting a life that’s bigger, and “bigger” is a relative term. If we currently have no dreams, dreaming bigger might just mean we should create a small goal that we want to reach. But even a modest or small dream can be difficult. If we knew how to dream bigger, we’d already be doing it, wouldn’t we? So how do you start to aim high while dreaming bigger? Stay tuned for the next 6 weeks and you’ll find out. Each week I will share one key strategy to help you aim high!
National Leadership Day… Let’s celebrate by honoring the leaders in your life. Show them your appreciation for their investment in you. Express some kind words of gratitude, along with a leadership book. As the saying goes, “Leaders are readers.” Today is a leader extraordinaire, John Maxwell, 75th birthday. In his honor, let’s celebrate the first National Leadership by gifting a John Maxwell book. I suggest my favorite, No limits: Blow the Cap off Your Capacity, read my review at https://writerworks.wordpress.com
